The Belief That Helps You To Deal With Everything!
Do you know that feeling, you've just made life-changing choice, or something happens that sets your life upside down? And suddenly you are tested in all possible ways, or does it look like that? It happens to me in several occasions in life, for example when I decided to finally follow my heart. Connect people and teams with their pure power, their unlimited possibilities. From a life full of (fake) certainty, more than seventeen years of a permanent job, making the transition to a life as a self employed coach and trainer. And there are so much more examples like this.
The belief; "I get what I can handle and what I need for my growth", is my great determination in life. So whatever it may be, it's all good!

Misschien herken je ook wel dat gevoel; Lekker bezig zeg ik dan tegen mezelf en anderen en eigenlijk heb ik het dan gewoon druk. Werk, gezin, huishouden, vrienden, ideeën bedenken, ondernemen…. (Te) weinig tijd voor jezelf. Moe, een kort lontje. Soms fysieke ongemakken… En door. Dan maar op zoek naar korte termijn oplossingen om de huidige druk te ontvluchten. Even eruit, wat gezelligs doen met vrienden of heerlijk emotie eten of shoppen. Terwijl de oplossing voor lange termijn lichamelijke en geestelijke balans zo dichtbij is! Ohmmmmmmmm.

As a child I was a dreamer and a thinker, and I still am! And for a long time, I mastered doing everything at at the same time. Multitasking is now long obsolete. As doing too much things at the same times is de-focus and a waste of energy. In fact we are at our best if we do one thing at a time. You loose focus and energy by doing too much at once. A computer turns slow or even breaks down if too many files are open at the same time. An engine overloads if it is in 6th gear all the time. So even machines need to balance between doing and being.

Terug kijkend op mijn leven, wil ik graag een hommage brengen aan de sterren die mijn pad verlichten. Het zijn er zoveel, ik kan wel er een boek over schrijven. Voor mij is iedereen, met wie ik in contact kom, een ster. Een ster die een andere kant van mezelf belicht, een ster met wie ik bots, waardoor er iets nieuws mag ontstaan, een ster die mijn pad verlicht en waardoor ik nog meer mag stralen. Als sterren weerspiegelen we ons innerlijk licht; zo is alles wat we in de buitenwereld zien een reflectie van onszelf!

How often are we aware of our breathing? Now close your eyes, or try it after reading this blog, and feel where your breathing is in your body. Is this high, in your throat, or close to your chest, your heart, or lower in your stomach or abdomen? Breathing is one of the major differences between life and death. Proper breathing means that your body fills itself with the right type of energy. And energy makes a big difference in how you feel, what you can accomplish and also what you attract. If you want to see or know what good breathing is, then look at how a new-born baby or child breathes. Their breathing is quiet and comes from the abdomen. The older we get, the more our breathing shifts up. Because of the life we lead, our breathing moves up higher and higher, which means we make less use of Prana, the life force of correct breathing. Breathing can bring you so many great things. Breathing is living.
