WHY THE AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS?

In the current times of worldwide change, organizational change and the current challenges of our 24/7 economy it is acknowledged by Leaders, that Leadership Development can assist in being a model of excellence and therefore creating excellent results. True leadership acquires inner and outer awareness and growth, authentic leadership.

NLP in its very basics believes that the difference between those who succeed and those who fail isn't what they have – it is what they choose to see and do with their resources and experience of life.

WHAT WILL WE DO DURING THE AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS?

In three sessions of 3-4 hours (0,5 day), we go on a journey towards authentic leadership. To be able to manage, motivate and give direction to yourself, people and teams, authenticity is key. Therefore it is important to get insights in yourself and that you are willing to look at yourself with open eyes, be open to self–reflection and feedback. As true leadership is taking initiative and responsibility to drive and manage changes that will be accepted by those involved.

The first session will be a journey within. You get insight into yourself, your purpose, your unconscious thinking styles, your values, the NLP Communication model, Rules for success and the NLP Model of change. You’ll learn what limits you and what empowers you. And you feel, hear and see what the essence is of an internal feedback mechanism. You’ll learn to translate your personal mission into values, beliefs, and behavior to be a successful authentic leader.

The second session the journey goes to the outside. We'll release all limiting layers of imprints and conditioning and set the stage to go to the next level. 

The third session is the final alignment and we'll put your goal(s) in your timeline. 

Tasking and monitoring of the tasking during the 3-4 weeks in between will be given to transform behavior and drive sustainable change into being an authentic manager.

HOW DO THE AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS WORK?

In three sessions of 0,5 day with maximum 4 weeks in between with tasking and monitoring of the tasking, leaders will be guided in an individual or group setting by International Leadership Coach, Speaker and ABNLP Certified Trainer of NLP, Muriël Dalmulder, towards authentic leadership. After each session, the progress will be evaluated and together will be decided upon what is needed to get the maximum results.

WHAT IF THE AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP SESSIONS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED?

Then all Participants:

  • Are effective in behavior and communication internally and externally.
  • Have all the resources to effectively balance and improve their leadership skills.
  • Have a strong Emotional Intelligence
  • Are growing by the integrated feedback mechanism and reflection.

Then all participants have the right focus, are aware of their pitfalls and are able to improve. Then all participants are Authentic Leaders who are successful internally and externally and therefore able to get themselves and their team to the next level.
