HOW WILL THE TRAINING WORK?

In three sessions of three hours each with 3 weeks in between each session, International Life-and Leadership coach & ABNLP Trainer of NLP Muriël Dalmulder takes you on a journey to restore a healthy work-life balance. You’ll get all the resources you need to feel empowered and at cause for the result you now have. You’ll become aware and get insights into your current work-life balance status. 

You’ll learn how to deal with stress and pressure and how to acknowledge your boundaries. You’ll learn at all times and especially in times when it's too much, to be Mindful and act from your strength and quality. 

Saying No, The freedom to choose and empowering beliefs will enable you to bring back fulfillment in your work and life.  
The first training consists of theory, which is put into practice immediately. 
The second training will be about letting go of limiting decisions and belief and creating empowering beliefs and patterns. 
The third session will be about evaluating, aligning and handling all issues that might still be there. The assignments in between the training ensure the unconscious / conscious integration of the learned material and create a sustainable positive change if you really go for it and take action.
