Cosmic Alignment 08-08-2020
Every year on and around the 8th day of the 8th month of the year (August 8th), there is a cosmic alignment called “the Lions Gateway”. The Lions Gate is a time of increased cosmic energy flowing between the physical and spiritual realms. This year this cosmic alignment started on the 26th of July. With August's Full Moon (and even before that) we all experienced more restlessness than normal.
It's time to open up to receive those frequencies. If you can go within more today, meditate and be present.

And how the amount of stimuli has increased over the past years due to all the changes globally and in technology. I often make the connection with training your brain muscles to be able to deal better with this large amount of stimuli that can stress the brain.
One of the ways of doing that is to use the positive influence of the breath.

Today is Super New Moon!
I like to use the day of the new moon for manifestation. The new moon is my reminder that I do not have to unknowingly continue to build on what is already there, but that I can constantly adjust. That every moment can be a new beginning. It is very valuable to imagine at least once a month that your life is a blank canvas that you can repaint.
It is sometimes said that there is really only 1 emotion, LOVE.
And that all other emotions can ultimately be traced to love.
