I often make the connection with training your brain muscles to be able to deal better with this large amount of stimuli that can stress the brain.

Today is Super New Moon!

I like to use the day of the new moon for manifestation. The new moon is my reminder that I do not have to unknowingly continue to build on what is already there, but that I can constantly adjust. That every moment can be a new beginning. It is very valuable to imagine at least once a month that your life is a blank canvas that you can repaint.

De huidige moderne, digitale wereld zorgt voor meer stress in ons werk en leven. Wij staan voortdurend “aan” en zijn constant aan het rennen om alles bij te houden. We staan zelden even echt stil, wat zorgt voor een innige relatie met ons hoofd, wat de nodige vermoeidheid en stress oplevert.
