If you know me, you know I love the power of rituals. Intentional rituals nurture connection and wellbeing.

The 21st of December marked the celebration of the winter solstice, known as Yule. It’s one of the oldest winter celebrations in the world. It was the celebration of the shortest day of the year, the return of the Sun, and a festival of rebirth. This year, Yule occurs from December 21, 2021, to January 1, 2022.
