Two techniques for energetic care
Maybe you recognize this situation; you enter a room, or you come in contact with certain people, or situations and either immediately or afterwards you feel drained, tired, exhausted even. Then it is time to start to protect and cleanse your energy field.
If there is anything that really makes me enjoy life and everything it brings me, it's being non judgemental. Enjoying what I see, feel, smell or taste, in the moment. Without having a judgement about it, or labeling the experience. That gives me so much clarity and especially so much peace of mind.
Visualization is a very powerful technique to use the power of the mind to, among others, feel energetic, powerful, get things done and feel self-love. Visualizing means to recall or form a mental image. In therapy, visualization is often used to mentally rehearse an action or bring a client into a state of relaxation. It is such a powerful tool to positively make use of the mind and body connection.
